Our mission

To develop and provide highly trained canine S.A.R. teams to assist agencies in searching for lost/missing persons and educate the community about the use of search dogs and offer S.A.R. related training programs.

Our vision

As a volunteer organization, we are committed to working with agencies and other Search and Rescue resources toward the unified goal of locating lost or missing people. By providing, through team leadership, properly trained and equipped personnel.

And, at all times, to the benefit, of the entire community, we acknowledge the importance of our own personal actions (stewardship) and will provide to the general public, especially children, preventative S.A.R. education

Debora Ash

Debora Ash

Started in SAR w/Searchdogs Northeast in 1999. Started Canine Alert Search Teams (CAST) in NH in 2005.
Joined MA TF1 in 2016.
Rejoined Searchdogs Northeast in 2018
Four out of my (6) K9’s have been IPWDA certified in cadaver and live find. Two have also been certified in live find by the International Rescue Dog Organization (IRO)
I am currently working an IPWDA Crime Scene certified cadaver dog and have a young one in training.

    Sue Webb

    Retired Animal Control officer 41 years w/Wellesley, Ma., PD
    First started in Search and Rescue in 1991
    International Police Work Dog Association (IPWDA) since 2019
    Sue has trained many dogs in various disciplines throughout her career. She regularly
    attends training seminars around the country.
    She currently handles a dog with disciplines in trailing and live find.

      Franki Henriques

      Franki Henriques

      Currently resides in Weymouth, Massachusetts and has been the owner and operator of K9 Ranch Inc for 20 years.
      She has been a member of Search Dogs Northeast since 2016.
      Active Member of VBSAR (Virginia Bloodhound Search and Rescue) since 2017
      Active Member of IPWDA (International Police Work Dog Association) since 2017
      Active Member of VPWDA(Virginia Police Work Dog Association) since 2017
      Currently Certified in Trailing/Tracking with VPWDA, certification testing is yearly.
      She attends several Bloodhound seminars in Indiana and Virginia.

        International Police Work Dog Association (IPWDA) Since 2018
        Lieutenant of Middleboro, Ma. Fire Department
        Rick handles two dogs with disciplines in live find and cadaver.
